Party Details

Students will meet at the HS immediately following graduation. Students will be checked on the list and given a bag.  At this time the students may put what they may need for the party in this bag, ie, change of clothes for swimming, personal items, etc.  Please note that these bags will be checked by security when they arrive at the KROC.  Students will then board the busses for the KROC.

Students will be breathylized and their belongings checked by the security. Students will be given a wrist bracelet with their assigned number as well as a ziplock baggy of raffle tickets with their name and assigned number on them.  Once inside, students will be directed to look at the raffle prizes and to place their given raffle tickets into the buckets of their choice. Students will then check thier bags into the bag check room. Once thier bags are checked in they are able to eat and roam the facility. Activities will begin as soon as students arrive.

930-1015 Check in

1000-2am all activities are open to engage and use

1230-130am - Hyptontist in the auditorium

130-2am - Comedian in Auditorium

3am-Meet in Auditorium for the raffle drawings

315-345am -Check out and load busses

Students will be given raffle tickets when they check in to be placed in Big Raffle buckets of choice.  These raffles will be announced at 3am in the auditorium.  All other gifts picking will be randomly drawn and students will go to the gift room to pick their gift. Students will be given their gift pick time when they get on the bus

Students will also have an opportunity to win prizes by playing the casino games. There will be a separate set of prizes for this.
